Takeaway ordering Android App

We need a developer to develop a takeaway food ordering app with the features/functionalities listed below. Communication with the server will be through JSON messages and all server side JSONs and necessary URLs will be provided.
The look and feel of the app and an easy and intuitive user interface is extremely important for this project. Sample/s of your previous work could help us selecting the best match for the project.
This is a start-up initiative and could lead to further future developments.
Accounts
This will allow the user to sign up by providing email, phone number and address. The user then can login to use the saved details.
Outlet
User selects an outlet to see the general information and food menu.
General Information
This will show the outlet name, address, contact details and opening hours.
Menu Display
The food menu will be displayed. Initially the user sees different groups such main, sides, drinks. Clicking on each group will display food items in the group or may drill to lower sub-groups.
Food ordering
User can add any item in the menu to the basket. The basket will show the order lines and total. User can select the delivery method.
Checkout
User select payment method and pays for the order if has opted to pay with a card.
Order History
This allows the user to see the order history and select to repeat any order.
