Hi, seems like a complex work. Not impossible. Here is my points: Bettering player significantly larger project which support many use cases. So forking and editing that will be disastrous. Since your app need one or two use cases, I have a solution I can use native exoplayer+ native IMA sdk to fulfill this problem. I can integrate these native packages into Flutter project. But I must know that your app use multiple instances of video player in a same page. If your flutter app need single video player in a particular page, I can propose 1. When user press play button Flutter will move to native and play video. We can pass all the parameter/values to native app and show the content 2. Once user press back button we can move back to Flutter app. This will not effect app’s performance.
