I need a program for my already developed project, for image processing website, the details will be shared once the developer is selected, the knowledge required is Angular js, php, .net and on server section, windows server deployment, aws deployment and docker and containerization.
in this project, first of all a sql server has to be setup which is right now on windows server, but i need to be setup locally on each users account on their machine, and only choose between cloud and local saving functionalities. if the users wished to keep his data on his local machine then the data should remain only on his pc, there should also be a backup function, the rest the program will have some processing actions such as sorting, filtering and updating some information.
on the cloud based, the images will be available on a server side cloud which is already built accessible and should have certain fucntionalities which will be later explained.
meanwhile looking for sole developer having knowledge in the above mentioned languages which where these stuff can be developed for the basics, the advance will be as said later on.
