For server-authoritative billing, I will run a Redis-backed timer on the backend that deducts wallet balance every billing cycle and emits a disconnect signal when funds hit zero — never trusting the client clock. This prevents fraud and ensures ledger accuracy even if the app loses connectivity mid-call. For WebRTC, I will deploy Coturn behind Cloudflare with TURN relay fallback so calls stay stable across restrictive networks.
