My customers are stuck in slow, repetitive interactions and I want to give them back their time. The goal of this job is to design and develop a self-service portal that lets users find answers, open inquiries, and track resolution without waiting on an agent. Scope • Map the current, time-consuming workflow and condense it into a few intuitive screens. • Build a responsive front end that searches a knowledge base, raises tickets when needed, and shows real-time status updates. • Provide an admin view for article management and performance analytics so I can keep information fresh and monitor usage. Tech & integration You’re free to pick the stack—React, Vue, Angular, Laravel, Node, or similar—as long as it can connect cleanly to our existing REST endpoints and auth. Emphasis is on clean code, accessible UI, and fast load times. Acceptance criteria • A branded, mobile-friendly portal deployed to staging. • End-to-end inquiry flow tested with dummy data. • Documentation covering setup, APIs used, and instructions for future content updates. Once this is live, customers should be able to resolve routine questions in minutes instead of waiting in a queue, and my team can focus on complex cases.
