Animated music video collaboration

I am looking for a talented & passionate music video producer who can help me create a 2D animated music video for my upcoming music single. My Music demo: [login to view URL] This is a remix for a traditional Armenian dance music. The idea is to show the traditional dance & bring up a DJ scene into the "party". So the story in short is: I am passing by the scene and hear the music from far, while the traditional dance party is going on. I get closer to the scene and somehow get into it (at the break of my music). the DJ scene comes in (Decks, Lightings) so the scene transforms into night, with club style look, but still same location. at first, people will be looking at me in a weird way, since the remix is something new for them but later on get in & dance to the scene, this time a little modern way. I really like the location of the movie and would like to have something similar for my video. PS: I am looking for someone passionate more than business-minded who can help me achieve this. My budget is not big but I can promote your name as much as I can everytime I post about the video (facebook page, website, twitter, etc).
