Animation for website

We require a short simple "how it works" animation in English for a website. The animation requires 12 images. About 3 of these are stock images and 9 will have to be drawn from my original sketches. The movement required in the animation is not very complex, most of it is just the images appearing in the correct sequence (a bit like a slide show). More complex stuff is; Moving arrow to show electrical current flow. Moving pulse train, where the pulses vary (slowly) in frequency and magnitude. Efficiency graph going up (arrow or curve being drawn) Emissions graph going down (arrow or curve being drawn) As this is technical it needs to be reasonably serious and not too cartoonish. There is a 214 word script to accompany the animation. This should be displayed at the same time and requires a voiceover (can be automated voice). This is detailed in a story board. Total running time, less than 2 minutes. Please see my separate website project. BACKGROUND Our company is Combustion Order Ltd. This is a high technology IP company that has developed the "electric engine". This unique patented technology uses a combustion engine and fast response generator to implement a "synchronous hybrid". This works in real time and uses the generator to apply a temporary load during combustion to generate ideal pressure and temperature conditions for the combustion. This changes the combustion mode and creates a dramatic increase in thermodynamic efficiency, together with a dramatic reduction in emissions. This transforms the combustion engine into a suitable power source for electric drive.
