We need a 3d animator for cover art/visuals for an EP

We're a rock band looking for a 3d animator who could make a loop that could be cut up into different stills. Broadly, the idea is to have it look like there's a camera inside a massive lava lamp. Bubbles are floating around and moving. Additionally, there would be several koi fish swimming around in the lava lamp around the bubbles. The color of the liquid and the color of the bubbles would change and fade into different color schemes every 8-10 seconds while the fish are on a loop swimming around. This could be used as a whole big loop and also cut in to smaller ones to promote different singles. The intention would also be to get some stills from the loop and use that as cover art for the singles leading up to the EP. More details would be given once the project is really started between the two parties but this is just to give a general idea and vibe as to what we would be going for.
