I want to roll out a comprehensive corporate training programme on Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (RHOCPv) with IBM Fusion at its core. The goal is to give my technical teams hands-on mastery of the entire stack—from first-touch installation to day-two operations—while mapping every module to the relevant Red Hat certification path. The course must weave theory with live labs and should comfortably cover: • An introduction to OpenShift Virtualization and how it differs from traditional hypervisors • Clean installation on bare-metal or cloud infrastructure, cluster sizing, storage and network prerequisites • Full VM life-cycle management inside OpenShift, including template design and image catalogues • Automation, GitOps and an “Ops-as-Code” approach using tools such as Ansible, Argo CD or Tekton • Migration strategies for workloads coming from VMware, KVM or other legacy platforms • Multi-cluster, hosted control plane and other advanced scenarios • Performance tuning, backup workflows, disaster resilience and capacity planning Certification Path Red Hat Certifications aligned with RHOCPv: Dates are flexible and the commercial terms can be finalised once we lock the syllabus.
