· Initial communication to seek work related requirements from clients via Voice Calls, IMs and Emails.
· Regular follow up’s for new business.
- Giving online presentations and demos to the clients.
- Negotiating and closing deals with the customers.
· Coordinating with Project team to provide speculations and estimations to the clients.
· Preparing proposals and Scope of Work.
· Proposing right solutions for the needs of customers in a precise and accurate way.
· Clear explanation of project requirements to Technical team or Development team.
· Review the development process.
· Should be experienced in communicating with International customers.
· Should have excellent verbal and written skills.
· Should be able to interact with customers confidently
· Should have excellent documentation skills and understanding of business terms.
· Should have target oriented sales approach
