An American company seeks to outsource its receptionist/appointment setting role to a warm and friendly virtual assistant. It’s important our callers are greeted with a warm and caring team member who will instill compassion and trust in the caller.
Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls, determining if the caller is an existing client or a prospective client and handling the call accordingly. If the caller is an existing client, you will either transfer the call to the proper in-office team member or take and email a telephone message. If the caller is a prospective client, you will gather some basic information based on a script and transfer to the call the proper team member.
Candidate MUST have:
1 - FAST internet connection with high reliability
2 - High quality computer headset
3 - Quite workspace
4 - Strong command of English language and grammar
You will be provided a call script but you will also need to be able to think on your feet in order to handle calls professionally. All calls will be recorded. You will receive regular and ongoing feedback on recorded calls for training and development.
