So User from computer A has a webcam on computer A, now that user needs to stream live video towards a second computer (Computer B) that has no webcam, now from computer B we need to re stream the stream that is coming from computer A INTO OTHER APPLICATIONS (E.G. SKYPE, WEBSITES)

BOTH VIDEO AND AUDIO need to be retransmitted
