For somebody who worked on this already or has knowledge of libraries, or even better has serioius document management experience this should be easy to do. I need a command line tool to convert pdf document to txt preserving the initial format 100%. i want to use it in my program i work at - document management type. So if i have table-like text with columns separated by tabs or spaces i want the "cell text" to appear column row under column row no displacements but exactly as in the original document. i also want the text not to be made very wide by many spacing between the words or "column cell text". The text should be all justified left I listed these details because these are the problems i encountered with different 3rd party software or libraries some with bugs. Wheter you include open source,.. code or not I want to have full rights on all source (not necessarily) but especialy .exe. so i won't need to buy other stuff. i want to install it on many computers. I want this same thing for a .doc to be converted to xls. So put short i want to convert .doc and .pdf to txt with text apearing exaclty like in original document (just no fonts, colours,... because it's a text file). For this i will need you to give me 1 or 2 command line tools. I prefer these tools don't use Acrobat Reader or Ms Word. but if they have to it's ok. But use of other soft say Acrobat or other you have to buy it's not acceptable. I will not buy the work unless it works perfectly (it preserves format and extracts all text) from the doc and pdf files on wich i test it. Thank you for taking time to read.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done(source code is not absolutely necessary).
2) ( i prefer no instalation package) 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
(i prefer no gpl, gnu,...) but if its licence you can use it free for commercial purpose than it's fine
all windows versions
