We seek a freelancer to download and organize various mp3's, pdf files and other associated materials related to a specific series of works (which i will explain once bid is accepted) Tasks: (details related to the site and the content will be given once bid is accepted) Go to a website, choose a course, download all associated mp3s, pdf's, lecture notes, images and any other file which is provided Name each mp3 according to the name given on the website for that particular chapter and put them all in one folder named after the [url removed, login to view] ( for example: [url removed, login to view]) organize all other files (pdf, lecture notes, images etc) in another folder (named after the course), add the mp3 folder to this and upload it to our FTP On Avg, each course has about 20-30 chapters Finally create an info page in html with: Course name (e.g. [url removed, login to view] Engineering Ethics) Semester taught (e.g. Spring 2007) Level (e.g. Undergraduate) Instructors (e.g. Dr. Taft Broome) Course description from each course's home page Place all files in a directory named after the course name We will pay a 50 cents to a dollar a course
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
