Background: [url removed, login to view] is an affiliate marketing website. The job function is to maintain up to date content. There are two pages to update, the home page and the plus-size maternity page. The site needs to be updated once a week. The site is built on a plain html platform. No CMS. Eventually I would like to add a more efficient way of entering the information by building a CMS. A site update involves the following. To better understand the below instructions, please see the website [url removed, login to view] Coupon Updating [url removed, login to view] have a coupon section that is a big portion of the site. Updating the coupons section will involve checking specific sites for new coupons and adding them to our website as well as removing out of date coupons. You will also receive many e-mails with coupons to add to the site as well. Each company link needs to be with a URL that includes a unique code. I will give you the log-in and passwords to get those links. E-mail Newsletter After each site update you will need to send out an e-mail with a summary of the site. We use PHPlist to run our mailing lists and to send e-mails. Archiving the site After the site is redone, the previous site needs to be saved into the archive and linked to from the archive page. Please note, your bid is for your weekly fee to update the website.
