Need online assistance long term. The work is between 9am - 5pm Australia (Melbourne) time, fully online. Approx 35 - 40 hours per week for at least 9 - 12 months. We require someone with excellent English (typing and speaking), and who understands how to make customers happy. Must be reliable and able to work with our friendly Australian team.

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for a large tax preparation company for 3 years. In this position, I scheduled many appointments with the appropriate tax associate based off certain criteria. I oversaw scheduling the hours worked by the tax associates on a weekly basis. I also learned bookkeeping for the last year working there. Experience also includes 1 year working for the Pineville License Office in Pineville, Missouri. Major duties were data entry for new vehicle registration and renewals for both vehicles and Driver's Licenses. Customer support and problem resolution were very important parts of my job. I have 10+ years using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
