Hi, I have an ASP website which has been working perfectly on a Godaddy virtual dedicated server. I am now setting it up on a local server using Microsoft Webserver 2008. The download and upload of pages is significantly longer. A page which takes 1 second to upload on the Godaddy server now takes between 20 seconds and a minute to upload while it says on the bottom sending request. I checked the speed of the connection using [url removed, login to view] and the download speed of the servers connection was 50mbs and upload 11mbs, 4ms ping latency. I can't find any obvious reason for the delay. I need someone who knows this stuff to guide me through this one idea/test at a time until we find the problem. The server is not being used for production now so I have some time to play with.
