Job Title Expert Developer: Native 2-Way Google & Outlook Calendar Sync (OAuth 2.0) Job Description I am looking for a senior developer to build a native 2-way calendar synchronization engine for my CRM (built on Base44). We already have the basic UI and "Connect" buttons started, but we need the full backend sync logic implemented for scale. The Goal: Enable thousands of subscribers to connect their personal Google or Outlook calendars with a single click. The CRM must stay in 100% sync with their mobile devices—if they add an event on their phone, the CRM sees it. If the CRM books a lead, it appears on their phone. Technical Requirements: Native OAuth 2.0: No "middleman" services (like Nylas, Zapier, or Make). You will work directly with the Google Calendar API and Microsoft Graph API. Persistent Sync: Must implement Refresh Token logic so users only have to "Allow" once. Real-Time Updates: Implement Webhooks (Watchers) so our CRM is notified instantly when a user changes an event externally. Conflict Detection: Build the logic to check the user's "Busy" times before allowing our AI (Sarah) to book an appointment. Scalability: The code must be optimized to handle thousands of concurrent users across different time zones. Milestones Architecture Review: Verify current Base44 setup and define the database schema for token storage. Google Integration: Complete 2-way sync and webhook listener. Outlook/Office 365 Integration: Complete 2-way sync using MS Graph. Conflict Logic: Connect the sync to our AI booking flow (Sarah AI).

Hi I can build the native two way sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Graph using OAuth two and real time webhooks. I will review your Base44 setup and design secure token storage with refresh logic for scale. I have delivered calendar sync engines where mobile changes had to reflect instantly in a CRM. One risk is webhook reliability at scale and I will add renewal jobs and backfill sync to prevent drift. The busy time checks will plug into Sarah so bookings never clash across time zones. I can start with architecture and move through Google then Outlook as milestones. Best Regards, Fizza Nadeem K

Hi I can build a native two way Google and Outlook calendar sync engine with OAuth 2.0, refresh token persistence, webhook driven updates, and conflict detection that scales to thousands of users. I have implemented direct integrations with Google Calendar API and Microsoft Graph, including token rotation, delta sync patterns, and reliable webhook processing. I would start with an architecture review of your current Base44 CRM and define a secure database schema for token storage, calendar mappings, and event correlation IDs. Then I will implement two way sync with idempotent upserts, time zone safe date handling, and rate limit aware backoff. Webhooks will be handled through a hardened listener with signature validation, queue based processing, and automatic watcher renewal. For Outlook, I will use Graph change notifications and delta queries for efficient sync at scale. Finally, I will implement conflict logic so Sarah checks busy times and prevents double booking, using free busy endpoints or cached availability windows for performance. Best, Justin

I am Sumit Joshi from Sacesta Technologies. I can build a native, scalable two-way Google and Outlook calendar sync for your Base44 CRM with OAuth, refresh tokens, webhooks, and conflict checks tied into Sarah AI booking. I have a few questions for the project • What database do you use in Base44 today and where should encrypted token storage live? • Do you need sync for multiple calendars per user or only the primary calendar? • Should CRM-created events be editable on the calendar side, and how should deletes be handled? • What is your current booking model for Sarah AI: event holds, confirmed events, or both? Why work with me • I build API-first Node.js systems with reliable webhooks, retries, idempotency, and audit logs • Direct Google Calendar API and Microsoft Graph integration without middleware tools • Busy-time and conflict detection using freebusy and Graph availability patterns • Scale design for thousands of users across time zones with queueing and backoff Related work • Multi-tenant SaaS platforms with role access, webhooks, and real-time workflows • CRM automation systems with strict data consistency and logging Please message me on Freelancer and I will review your current Base44 setup, propose the token schema, and start with the architecture milestone and Google sync first. Hi there, You need a native 2-way Google and Outlook calendar sync engine using OAuth 2.0 with refresh tokens, real-time webhook listeners, conflict detection against busy slots, and scalable architecture integrated into your Base44 CRM and Sarah AI booking flow. SEO Global Team has extensive experience building high-scale API integrations with Google Calendar API and Microsoft Graph, implementing secure OAuth token storage, webhook processing, and distributed systems handling thousands of concurrent users across time zones. We would design a robust token schema with encrypted refresh storage, event mapping with external IDs, webhook receivers with background workers, idempotent sync logic, and intelligent conflict validation tightly connected to Sarah’s booking engine for real-time availability enforcement. Is Base44 Node or Python based on the backend? Do you already have webhook endpoints provisioned and publicly accessible? Will this be deployed on a single server or distributed environment? Looking forward to collaborating on this.
