Real Estate Site Selection Tool

I'm looking to create a comprehensive site selection tool focused on real estate analysis in the UK. This tool will utilize several publicly available APIs to aggregate and present essential data. The tool should include the following features: - Vehicle numbers - Power availability - Demographics - Show every post code area in the UK, for example W1G 0 not W1G 0NB. There are circa 9,200 such post code areas in Great Britain. - Locations of ultra-rapid electric vehicle chargers in GB. - Location of all F&B locations in GB. - Location of all supermarkets in UK. - Be able to show the polygon of the footprint of all buildings in the UK with an emphasis on industrial and logistics properties. This may be blending/using data from the Valuation Office Agency website and Royal Mail. - Calculate the number of properties within 3 or 5 miles from the centre of a post code area that do not have off street parking. I understand that this can be obtained from Census data. - Provide a scorecard on each postcode area based on a number of factors. I will be able to talk through the requirements of that scorecard and have examples of that. The main data sources will be: - UK Land Registry API - Ordnance Survey API - DVLA - Department for Transport - Nomis - Census Data - Zapmap - etc. The ideal candidate will have: - Strong experience with API integration - Proficiency in handling and visualizing large datasets - Background in real estate or geographic information systems (GIS) - Familiarity with the mentioned APIs - No fear in suggesting other data sets that may be helpful and be imaginative. - Ability to be innovative and present data in a way that engages the viewer.
