The channel-name title can sit unobtrusively in another corner. I am flexible on how you source the weather data—as long as it is reliable and updates automatically, feel free to choose the API you know best. Please deliver: • A ready-to-import OBS scene collection (or clearly documented filters and browser sources) with all four overlays positioned and styled. • Any custom graphics or CSS you create. • A short setup note so I can adjust colours, fonts or positions later.
