Build a location-aware, augmented reality application for navigating an office building

Looking to have an iPhone and Android app developed that can be be used to navigate an office building using augmented reality. The application should be updatable and maintainable via a front-end GUI. London Gatwick Airport developed a similar application. We are specifically not looking to clone that application, but that is simply an example of a similar application. In other words, we want our customers to be able to look at their phone and have directional arrows overlay the actual physical hallway and building areas so that the customers can follow those arrows to their destination.
