My service-based Android app is finished, fully compliant with current Play Store policies, and packaged as an AAB ready for release. What I need is a developer who already has an active Google Play Console account to put the app live under their publisher profile and, once it is approved, initiate Google’s official ownership transfer so the listing moves to my own developer account. Here’s the flow I have in mind: you upload the build, fill out the store listing exactly as I provide it (screenshots, description, privacy policy URL, etc.), submit for review, and keep the app live long enough for us to trigger the transfer request inside the Play Console. I will then accept the transfer from my side. The process is straightforward if both accounts use Play App Signing, so please be comfortable with that. Deliverables • App successfully published on your Play Store account • Transfer request sent and accepted, leaving the app visible in my Console with package name, ratings, and download history intact • Simple handover note confirming the transfer’s completion and no outstanding tasks Because Google keeps the signing key under Play App Signing, no keystore exchange is required; confidentiality is nonetheless important, and I’ll share all assets in a private workspace once we start.
