THE ROLE Find founders, CEOs, CMOs or CFOs at companies with $1M to $50M in revenue that spend $15k+ a month on marketing (DTC and ecommerce, B2B SaaS, fintech, subscription, marketplaces, retail, services, pharma, manufacturing). Reach them by email, LinkedIn or phone and book a free 15 minute fit call on our scheduler. Cristian, our founder and lead auditor, runs the call and closes. You never sell the audit. WHAT YOU EARN, ALL PAID THROUGH FREELANCER * $50 per qualified call, confirmed within 24 hours. * 30% of every audit you source: $435, $885 or $1,785 per deal. The $50 already paid is credited against it. * 35% on every deal after 3 closes in any 90 days. * 10% of implementation work the client signs within 12 months. * Commission paid within 2 business days of the client's cleared payment. No cap. EXAMPLE MONTH (illustration only, not a forecast, before Freelancer fees) * 5 qualified calls and 1 Strategic audit closed: $1,085. * 10 qualified calls and 2 Strategic audits closed: $2,170. A QUALIFIED CALL MEANS The prospect is the founder, CEO, CMO or CFO; confirms $15k+ a month in marketing spend; attends the full call; agrees to a next step; and was not already in our pipeline. If a call is declined, you get the reason in writing within 24 hours. YOURS ON DAY 1, BEFORE YOUR FIRST MESSAGE * A 20 minute onboarding call with Cristian. * A 6 page setter kit: pitch script, qualification checklist, email and LinkedIn templates, objection answers, and one real audit finding per industry. * Our current pipeline list, so you never waste a message. * Feedback on your first 10 messages, and a direct line to Cristian. WHAT WE LOOK FOR * Proof of booked meetings with senior buyers. * Strong, short writing. * A solid Freelancer record: completed jobs, rating, response time. * Comfort with performance pay. * You do the work yourself, no subcontracting. * Your own prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar), and respect for email and privacy rules. * A short weekly log every Friday. Experience in DTC, B2B SaaS, fintech or manufacturing is a bonus. THE TRIAL 30 days, up to 10 paid qualified calls. Setters who deliver move to an ongoing monthly contract with a higher cap.
