No rates, no policy details—those remain my responsibility. After each call, leave a short note in the tracking sheet and tag the outcome (Contacted, Voicemail, No Answer, Booked, Not Interested, or Do Not Call). If booked, drop the summary inside the calendar event so I can see exactly what was discussed before we meet.
