Looking for an Arabic Content Writer with Excellent Knowledge of English Language

Looking for an Arabic speaking content writer to translate some English content (Mostly academic/course related) to Arabic. Should also be able to speak fluent Arabic. Native accents will be prefered but not absolutely required.
There is a chance of this becoming a long term project, and we are even considering to hire this person as an in-house employee at some point but not certain as it depends on the experience and other skills of the person. (Previous sales or marketing experience will be a plus for this as the person will have to respond to inquiries from students who want to take that course)
Someone who has previously dealt with short professional courses (aimed at working professionals) will be highly prefered.
