Dear client, I am an expert Architect to model a simplified conceptual 6–8 storey residential block located on Plot 08 (P08), Convoys Wharf, Deptford, London, using Revit 2026.1. The building will remain intentionally simple for academic use while respecting real Plot 08 context. Use a rectangular footprint approximately 38m × 18m, oriented towards Olympia Square, and positioned within the Plot 08 boundary. I will Create 6–8 levels at 3,000mm floor-to-floor heights, with the ground floor containing a residential entrance and provision for around 1,650m² of mixed-use retail/café space. Include a central 6m × 6m core with a straight stair and a simple lift shaft. I will use insulated brick exterior walls, repetitive floor plates, standard residential window families, slab-extension or recessed balconies, and a flat roof with parapet or optional green roof. Add basic site context elements such as Olympia Square, pedestrian routes and landscaping, using simple placeholder geometry. I will deliver a clean and organized model with correct level constraints, hosted elements and basic BIM structure. Required outputs include a 3D view, plans for all levels, four elevations, one section through the core and material takeoffs for walls, floors and windows.
