We are an architecture office that regularly delivers interior retail fit-outs in several U.S. states. Although my team handles all design and documentation in-house, we are not licensed in California, so I am looking for a California-licensed architect who can formally join the project team as the Architect of Record. Your role would focus on reviewing our drawing set and signing and sealing the permit package. If you currently hold an active California license and have availability to collaborate on interior retail tenant-improvement projects—either on a single assignment or as an ongoing relationship—please reach out.
