City-Code Commercial Landscape Plans

I already have a complete architectural set for a new commercial project in Garland, TX; what is missing are the dedicated landscape and irrigation pages that satisfy the City of Garland’s code. The city’s checklist is attached, so every plant count, clear-sight triangle, hydro-zone, and performance note must align with those requirements from the start. Scope • Produce code-compliant planting plan covering trees, shrubs, and all grass/turf areas called for in the regulations. • Design a brand-new, fully detailed irrigation plan – zoning, pipe sizing, controller layout, and water-use calculations per city standards. • Supply PDF sheets ready for my preliminary submittal plus the native CAD file (AutoCAD preferred) so I can fold it straight into the master set. • Remain available to turn city red-line comments around quickly until the permit is cleared. Timeline I need preliminary sheets in hand right away—ideally inside a few days—so we can lodge the first review. After that, revisions must be turned within the city’s comment windows. Acceptance A plan is “done” when the city’s reviewer stamps it as compliant without further corrections.
