Hi! I'm a Licensed Architect and a Master Plumber based here in the Philippines. I understand that your project is located at Cordillera Region, Baguio City - which is just a 4 hours drive from where I was located here in Central Luzon. If you'll require site visitations I'll be glad to do so, but if you prefer working remotely I can also work with that. I have experience working on different region in the Philippines in a remote set up that's why it is also an option, I just finished a project at southern region in that setup. To further give you a brief on my capabilities, I have lots of experience working both with local clients here in the Philippines and also with foreign clients. This expands my design approach not only on standards here in the Philippines, but also design methodologies from countries like USA and Australia. On top of being a licensed Architect, I'm also a Master Plumber - which can help on further assessing utility related concerns when renovating an existing house. For my timeline in dealing with renovation projects, it can last as short as 2 weeks or as long as 3 months depending on the design requirements or if there are authorities requirements in the process.
