Hi, When architecture and structure are designed in separate silos, the expensive surprises show up late: a column that lands mid-doorway or a beam that eats into ceiling height. Having both handled by one team means those conflicts get solved on the first sketch instead of during permit review. I lead the structural side, with an in-house architecture team handling layouts, elevations and permit drawings. My structural work covers residential and hospitality projects, including a 25,000 m² residential complex with 13 floors and a 22,000 m² tower with 20 floors, where the architectural intent and the concrete frame had to stay aligned through every revision.
