I have a full set of existing CAD plans for a small retail unit, plus a marked-up pencil set and a visual pack showing the proposed changes. I now need the whole scheme redrawn so that every amendment is captured cleanly and delivered back to me as a print-ready PDF package. The only design changes from the original files involve new fixtures and fittings; there are no layout shifts or dimensional tweaks requested. Please show these new items with a moderate level of detail—enough for my shopfitter and joiner to understand sizes, positions and fixing requirements without turning the drawing into an over-engineered manufacturing document. You will receive: • DWG base files of the current layout • Scanned pencil overlays with handwritten notes • A visual pack (renders and reference images) for style guidance I expect: • Updated plans, elevations and any relevant sections incorporating the new fixtures/fittings • Legible annotation that matches my notes exactly • Final sheets compiled in PDF format, ready for client issue If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or a compatible platform that can import DWG cleanly, the job will be straightforward.
