I can work on blender to make objs more for aesthetics. Focus on character but can do buildings, but by scratch vs prefab. I can find building measurements we want, but for a checklist of things to make I would need details to help. Disclaimer: not sure I'm the guy for the job as a art main vs a construction worker type?
