Hand-Drawn Architecture Drafting, Bengaluru

I have a completed design concept and now need it translated into clean, pencil-rendered architecture sheets that look every bit as professional as their CAD counterparts—but created entirely by hand. The project is strictly on-site in Bengaluru because I want to review the sheets in person as they develop and make quick mark-ups together if needed. Scope The sheets will cover the usual architectural set—plans, elevations and sections—although the exact mix and sheet count can be finalized once we sit down with the concept package. What matters most is line quality, legibility of lettering and an overall crisp, studio-grade finish. You should be comfortable working at the standard architectural scales (typically 1:50 or 1:100 for plans, tighter for details). Workflow • I’ll share the concept drawings and dimensional data during our first meeting. • You produce the pencil drafts on standard cartridge or butter-paper; no ink or CAD. • We review each sheet together, make any minor corrections, and sign off once it matches the concept. Deliverables • Original hand-drawn sheets ready for scanning or direct submission to the client. • High-resolution scans (optional, but a plus).
