For the two rooms that will serve as bedrooms, comfort and functionality come first. Storage solutions should be integrated, bathrooms should stay compact but feel airy, and both rooms must tie visually to the rest of the house. The lounge should act as a flexible social hub: I’m open to your ideas on zoning it for media, conversation or reading without clutter. Finally, the sit-out needs protection from sun and rain while encouraging natural airflow and views of the fields. Deliverables I expect: 1.
