Art Miami Booth Installers

I need a reliable one or two-person crew for Art Miami this year, covering both set-up on Saturday, December 2 and break-down on Thursday, December 7. During set-up you will: • Unpack and visually inspect seven paintings as they arrive • Stretch each canvas cleanly and hang them on the booth walls without damaging the edges • Assemble one display table, a couple of consoles and several lightweight chairs so the layout matches the floor plan • Tidy the booth once everything is in place to leave it preview-ready by the end of the day During break-down you will: • Take the paintings down, protect them in their original packing, and stage them for the shipper • Disassemble the furniture and stack it for collection • Leave the space broom-clean according to the fair’s exit checklist Please arrive with your own basic hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, level, tape measure) and cordless power tools (drill, electric screwdriver). I will supply ladders, gloves, hanging hardware, packing materials, and cleaning supplies. Experience handling fine art and working inside a busy fair environment is essential—the walls are freshly painted and there is zero margin for dents or smudges. If you are punctual, meticulous, and comfortable meeting tight same-day deadlines, I would love to confirm the dates with you right away.
