54066 Quick Help with 20 Min Speech

I'd like some help with writing a very quick speech about leadership. This is a quickie and I am more than capable of writing it myself, but simply am running out of time. I'm not looking for a finished speech but enough additional content that I don't have to do as much research as I would if I were creating it alone. Here's what's needed -- some interesting stories about how social entrepreneurs (entrepreneurs that go into business and use the 'not only for profit' model) have been successful, how they've removed the old paradigms of 'work your fingers and employees to the bone' and replaced them with additional employee perks, priveleges, benefits and prospered significantly because of it. I'd like stories of companies that have used the Democratic process to grow successfully, or how the Kaizen technique is instilled into their employees and thus everyone benefits. I'd like statistics pulling from such companies as the Body Shop, Ben & Jerry's, or Stoneyfield Farms, or any other socially aware company that has given back to the 'community' and actually increased their prosperity as a result of this. I'd really love some stories that show how spiritual (not religious) entrepreneurs have used 'intentional creation', 'the laws of giving' or 'the law of attraction' to grow their business. I'm really just looking for the content and some back and forth help to create a great talk on "the New Laws of Leadership - how socially conscious entrepreneurs are changing the way we do and view business." I want this by Monday, 4/18 as the talk is Tuesday evening. I am in and out of my office today, but will check email when I can. Please be as specific as possible about why this project appeals to you and why you could pump something out in a matter of an hour or so.
