I have three non-fiction titles that are already in print but in serious need of a fresh, engaging rewrite before we relaunch them on Amazon KDP. Your remit is two-fold: first, polish the manuscripts so the language flows smoothly, references are up-to-date, and any lingering errors disappear; second, turn those final drafts into upload-ready files for both Kindle and paperback. You will receive the original books in Word format along with my notes on tone, sections that must stay intact, and areas where new material or tighter structure is required. After the rewrite, I want fully edited, proof-read manuscripts plus Amazon-compliant interior layouts (DOCX and EPUB for Kindle; PDF for print). If you are comfortable handling the actual KDP upload process, even better—otherwise a clear step-by-step guide will do. Please share samples of non-fiction work you have overhauled, tell me what tools you prefer for editing and formatting (e.g., Track Changes, Vellum, Atticus, InDesign), and outline your typical timeline. Final files should meet Amazon’s formatting specs, pass a grammar/deep-spell check, and retain my original voice while reading like they were written yesterday.
