Just to give a background, we are one of India's leading window coverings firm - MAC ([login to view URL]). We manufacture window blinds and supply them across India. We have created a brand book (2021 brochure) - that we would now be sent to our customers. Our customers are divided into two segments: dealers/partners (people who own furnishing stores) and architects/interior designers (people who recommend our products to house owners). We will be sending our brochure through postal/courier to these customers. We would like to include one A4 size write-up sheet along with the brochure. It does not look good/complete if we just send the brochure without the A4 letter. We would require two covering letters (one for dealers and second one for interior designers).
I have attached the covering letter that we created for the dealers. You can see the attached file (xy11).
Now we would like you to draft a letter that will be sent to the architects/interior designers. I have attached the brief for reference (x124). Please have a look at the same.
