We are looking for a virtual assistant/project manager who is meticulous, a native English speaker/writer and can learn quickly on their own.
The majority of tasks will be related to managing micro projects within Trello, payment tracking for writers, proofing outreach emails, as well as various SEO related tasks (video training will be provided).
A prominent task would be to read through our new articles and add relevant images where needed. A successful candidate will be given a 1,000-2,000 word article and will need to look for places to add images where they believe it will enhance the article.
Images may be in the form of screenshots (using Skitch and Wordpress) or coming up with custom graphic ideas that can be articulated for our graphic designers (ESL).
The content is primarily related to essential oils and natural living, so experience in this industry would be a plus.
We will need you to proof read emails to ensure that they all read correctly and are scheduled appropriately.
We will provide extensive training via. video and are happy to answer any questions along the way until you get into the groove of things.

We are looking for someone who can grow with us on an ongoing basis. At this time, we need approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Ideally, we would like to hire someone who works in our timezone (EST) or someone who is willing to have overlap with our timezone.
