need experienced research-based writing assistants

hi i'm looking for experienced research-based writing assistants i have an excellent record as an employer and offer very prompt pay, within hours there is no waiting around for approval a, b, or c on works and provided works pass similarity and generally meet instructions, there are no problems with receiving a 5/5 (i never give less than 5/5) i'm looking for people who can work personally the standard pay rate is 350 words per 10usd for works due in 24 hours or less (for every field) (however first project is 500 word per 10usd for persons who i haven't worked with before, or with ratings lower than 4.8 and lower overall (on all projects), or with less than 10 projects) the works are price sensitive, so it is possible accept a cheaper rate please list in proposal also, if you work on a higher rate, and can do works involving calculations (such as 500 words and calculations) (this only applies to accounting, finance, engineering, physics, chem, maths, SPSS) please list rate and qualifications please clearly write 1. rate for number of words, not including referencing, and 2. qualifications in a practical sense 90%+ of works are due within 24 hrs, and probably 80%+ of works are due within 12 hrs, and 70%+ of works due within 6 hrs (it is case by case, accept if you can, type of thing, higher acceptance rates and results will lead to preference, but please indicate a rate that will stay the same across different deadlines) please write 1. "XXX for 350 words is my rate that will stay the same across different deadlines" and 2. the answer to "how many minutes in 18 hrs?" at the top of bid
