Writing for real estate for Realtor's website, cities, neighborhoods and condo buildings

You are bidding on 1 week of work. 4 hours per day for a total of 20 hours per week.
You must work during the daytime hours USA, NY, EST between the hours of 9 am-5 pm 4 hours each day. This is a part-time permanent job to assist a Realtor in South Florida. You will get access to my Grammarly account to write for me. I expect great things only. I will not accept poor quality writing.
You must have experience writing English at a high level. I have pages to write for my site about luxury real estate in specific cities. You will write with SEO in mind related to the real estate using keywords within the descriptions. 300-400 words each.
You will also write descriptions for condo developments and single-family home neighborhoods. You must send writing samples to me or be willing to write a paragraph or two for me as a test. You will be shown how to create the community, condo, or neighborhood pages in my WordPress website. You will add SEO through Yoast (if you know how) and other details about a condo building or neighborhood.
You will have to research and write creative, original content: no plagiarism or copy and paste. You must have a great understanding of sentence structure and not using too many words to describe something. Knowledge of SEO and how to do SEO is a huge plus. Knowledge of social media and how to post and manage it is helpful. Knowledge of real estate, and you go to the top of the list.
