I send out a coaching text message to clients each week. I am a psychologist. I would like 25 short coaching text messages for me that have a positive/inspiring/mental health focus. Each text is only about 50 words. From what you write I will edit and personalise them. Examples:
Example 1. "Hi. Our weekly focus this week is cutting back unhelpful behaviour. Perhaps there is something you are doing that you wish you weren't. E.g. Self-medicating, eating poorly, being judgemental or over-working. This week try reducing this behaviour gently. I'd love to hear what it is that you are reducing and how you go with it. :)"
Example 2. "Hello. Our weekly focus is Gratitude. In every situation there is something to be grateful for. Gratitude lifts our energy and refocuses away from the negative. In those difficult moments even focusing on the little things you are grateful for can help. On the good days, gratitude lifts you higher. In difficult times in relationships, gratitude for the good things in the other person help you connect with them. Be grateful :)"
