Storyline 360 eLearning Instructional Design/Developer
Job description
JPW Consulting is a premier training and change management firm seeking a detailed oriented eLearning Instructional Designer/Developer with advanced experience in Storyline 360.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop course plans, visual plans, storyboards, and scripts for self-paced eLearning modules.
• Build eLearning modules using Storyline 360 and create videos and other learning assets using tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, Visme, etc.
• Create graphics, animations, videos, and other visual elements using client brands/style guidelines.
• Graphic expertise required for graphic selection as the graphic selection needs to contribute and enhance the learning experience.
• Select images and graphics that support the content and contribute to the learning experience.
• Integrate and edit audio voiceover, sound, and music to enhance eLearning.
• Proof all aspects of eLearning modules for accuracy prior to submission (text, content, interactivity, functionality).
• Incorporate client feedback as needed.
• Recommend other eLearning development tools, templates, and platforms as needed.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eLearning development for insurance, financial services, or other business industry.
• Bachelors in instructional design/technology or related field preferred.
• Proven expertise in Storyline 360.
• Experience with video development tools such as Camtasia and Vyond helpful but not required.
• Proven knowledge of instructional design, development, and delivery methodologies.
• A creative eye that pays close attention to layout and design.
• Ability to be flexible and work independently on required project tasks.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
Job Type:
Contract/Part-time.
Must generally have availability of 4+ hours per day during Business Hours (M-F, ET, 9-5:00)
