I am looking for a freelancer who can use an AI tool to audit our customer service email account. Our email service provider is specified as 'Other'. The primary focus of the audit is automation opportunities and workflow improvements. I need the report to be presented in Google Sheets format.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in using AI tools for customer service audits
- Knowledge of email service providers other than Gmail and Outlook
- Experience in creating reports in Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and workflow improvements.
Essentially we are spending much more than our allotted time on customer support and want to get some sort of Ai tool like IBM watson or Microsoft Azure used to analyse this and give us some ideas on how we can improve.
-How can we add more automation?
-How can we improve the workflow?
-Report on the common complaints
We would need you to do the whole thing, we will just give you access to 3 email accounts and would need you to execute the project using the Ai tools available.
Secondly we would give you a google sheet of data which has been collected from our return tickets.
We would want a report done on this data to point out what the most common issues are and offer some suggestions
