235729 Google Map Mashup

We have Real Estate Website which property listing synchronizes with Google map as [url removed, login to view] does.

Website is created asp programming language and using Microsoft Access DB.

We guess 80% of functionalities are already completed and we need your company to implement rest of 20% of functions.

Following lists are functionality which we need to create or fix the current problem.

1. Loading speed of property listing is very slow after Google Map is moved.

2. Display English language Google Map for English Page and Japanese language Google Map for Japanese Page.

3. Properties in property listing area and number of pins at Google Map are not same.

4. After move Google Map to another area, property pins of new area do not display.

5. After move Google Map, Sort function doesn't work.

6. After move Google Map, display next page button doesn't work properly.

7. Enlarge Google Map and click “More Information” to move property listing page. After page is moved, and if I click back button on IE browser, property listing page display initial area of Google Map. (Google Map should display same area as enlarged area)
