Here’s a summary of our needs.
A front page web site similar to [url removed, login to view], with a turning number for extra security.
An admin login area, so we can go into the back office and
i. Create or delete clients
ii. Insert daily percentages earned in a master area which will feed all client records. (This for clients in the daily returns program)
iii. A field which we can set when creating an account, telling us which program (daily interest) or (fixed interest) program they are in.
iv. Access to each clients profiles.
v. A simple eMail tool that allows us to send an email from the web site to ONE client, or a group of clients in BCC format.
vi. A pre-existing account for BIG TREE MINISTRY, in where 10% of daily profits from clients funds is automatically recorded into Big Tree Ministries account.
vii. For those that are on the fixed return program, we will need a pull down menu with verification, for us to enter the fixed percentage we are offering them. Rates will be 9%, 18%, 22%, 36%, or 54%.
viii. We will need a content tool, that will allow us to add or modify content on the home page, or on our Management Team page. Look at bpcap.net.
ix. We will also need an FAQ section in the back office of the clients – which we can manage in the admins back office.
A client log in area:
i. Depending on the program (daily returns) or (fixed interest yearly return) program – for them to log in and see their funds balances and daily returns.
ii. For those in the fixed interest program, we will simply divide the yearly percentage we are offering them (example 12%) and divide it by 12 months, and increase their account at the end of 30 days by 1%.
iii. An means for our company to add deposit forms, and withdrawal forms, and a place for clients to down load them.
iiii. The clients back office will also need the following columns:
Date: Compunding Balance: Deposit: Withrawal: Percent Gain: Gross Interest: Big Tree Interest: Net Earnings: Current Balance (with Big Trees 10% removed.
That’s about it. We close this fund at 1000 clients, so traffic will be low and hosting shouldn’t cost more than $[url removed, login to view] per month.
The entire web site design can’t be any simpler, the database would be small and easily created; let me know your thoughts.
Attached is a demo spread sheet of the formulas that will need to be implimented in the web site.
