ASP / .NET website to allow reporting using MS ReportViewer

Hi, We have an existing application which allows the production of reports using the MS Report Viewer, we wish to web enable these. The reports have an XML definition file which contains SQL Queries to allow the user running the report to define the criteria, the definition file also contains the end SQL Query to build the report based on the chosen criteria. The reports also have an rdlc file to display the end report. The website will need to first autneticate the user against active directory and only allow them to run reports if they below to a certain active directory group, we have an example of pages which do this authentication available which can be used. Once authenticated the website will allow the user to choose a report to run based on the xml files available, the xml files defines the type of report and a title for it. Once a report is chosen the website will prompt the user for the criteria retrieving data from an SQL database and then finally display the reportviewer control with the data. All of the XML and RDLC files are available but the format and content of these must not change, an example is attached. Access to a server and the existing reporting application is available or an sql backup of the database can be provided. I am expecting the budget for this to be around $200 - $250 with a turnaround of a couple of days, I believe the project is relatively simple and as mentioned an example of the authentication element is available.
