I need an application written in ASP.NET that will run on Windows 2003 / IIS 6.
Users should be able to create events using an online form with 20 questions
(these are either text boxes, text areas, or yes / no questions).
The data should be stored in a Microsoft Access Database
We are using Windows Integrated Authentication, so when a user accesses the site,
the application should capture the username and store it in the database along with
the form that is filled out.
When a user first logs in, they should be able to view any old events they have previously filled
out and be able to edit, update, and delete them. They should also be able to create a new event as well. All events should be logged (anytime an event is created, edited, or deleted, it should logged with date, time, and name of user).
Users should also be able to export all their events into .CSV format
Finally, there should be a special account called "admin". This account should be able to
view all events, edit them, delete them, as well as export all events to .CSV.
Please note that I cannot give you access to my IIS server, so you will need your own
IIS server to program and test this application.
