Gaming League Site with Full Admin Portal .NET

Welcome to my Project for a Gaming League Site. I am after a website coded in ASP.Net/C# The website will allow a guest to register on the site to become a member. Once succesfully verified a member will be able to participate in one or more leagues available on the website. The leagues will be based around popular Xbox360 / Playstation3 games. Each league will have a set capacity of users per league, and once full sign-ups will be no longer valid. Once the league is full, a fixture list will be generated which will allow users to play other users in the league. After a match has been played, the "Home" user will report the score. This will then need to be validated by the other user "Away" user. Upon validation the result will be added and update the league table. The website should enclose a graphical admin portal to allow Addition and Removal of leagues. Also the admin should be able to succesfully manage the league through the ability of removing users and/or results. Also the admin should be the one to validate any disputes raised through scores not matching. In addition the website should incorporate a shoutbox visible on all pages for contact between members along with a Private Messaging system to allow users to message each other.
