I need a new MySQL database and an ASP admin page to view, add, update or delete records.
I'm not sure how to structure the database, but I know what fields I want and I want the database in at least 3rd normal form. I'm not sure how many tables I need.
Fields with a "+" indicate there could be more than one corresponding field per company. The primary key should be the Company Name.
I'm not sure if the Products English, Products Spanish, Services English, Services Spanish, and Brands should all be in the same table. I'm looking for some advice on this point.
The database will be used for a website where visitors to the site will be able to search for information in the database. This is just the first stage of the database and will be expanded to include much more information.
These are the fields I require:
Company Name
Address 1
Address 2
Address 3
PO Box
City
Province
Country

I want a proposal of the database layout along with the bid. The person who is clear, concise and has given critical thought to providing an optimized solution for the current search feature of the website as well as the expansion of the database will be awarded the contract.
